This role is ideal for engineers with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to align project goals and deliverables. Prepare technical documentation, risk assessments, and project reports.
Support process optimization, automation, and sustainability initiatives. Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or related field). Proven experience in project engineering or project management. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e. g. , MS Project, Agile, PMI). Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
