The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, cultivate relationships with retail partners, and drive the growth of partner brands in their designated region. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, merchandisers identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring merchandising excellence. The role also involves analysing displays, improving sales with training and incentives.QualificationsSales and Business Development skills, including managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.Team Leadership and Management experience, including mentoring and managing performance of sales teams.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for building relationships with partners, clients, and team members.Experience in the retail, food, or distribution industry is advantageous.Proficiency or experience with Intellibrand.Business degree optional.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
