Company: OneTech Location: On-site ,Tirana, AlbaniaOneTech, the leading ERP and CRM provider in Albania, delivering first-class digital solutions across industries such as Retail, Distribution, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing, is looking to expand its team with a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirement gathering sessions and map business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and other BC modules.Design functional solutions and prepare documentation: functional specs, workflows, and user guides.Configure, set up, and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central according to client needs.Conduct user training, UAT, and provide post-go-live support.Collaborate with developers on integrations, extensions, and customizations.Work closely with clients to ensure solutions align with business goals and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications2–5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV Functional Consultant.Strong knowledge of BC modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, SCM, etc.).Experience in requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, and solution design.Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and data migration.Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.Nice-to-HaveExperience in Retail, Distribution, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing projects.Familiarity with Power BI / Power Automate / Power Platform.Functional understanding of AL extensions.What OneTech OffersCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Dynamic and professional work environment.Training, certifications, and continuous professional growth.Opportunity to work on impactful ERP projects with leading companies in Albania.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to: hr@onetech.al
