Things are moving fast – and we’re now looking for a sharp, reliable talent to join us at the operational core of the business.The RoleWe’re searching for a hands-on, bilingual (Spanish/English) E-commerce Supply Chain Manager with curiosity, accuracy, and the ambition to grow. You will work closely with the founder to build and optimise the operational backbone of Congas Spain.This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, logistics, stock management, and supplier coordination. You’ll connect all the dots between our online shops, Odoo (our chosen ERP), our micro-hubs, and our logistics partners. You’ll also be on the ground at our 1st Micro-Hub in Marbella (minimum 2 days/week) and at our co-working office in Málaga (1 day/week).This is not a corporate job.
