This is what has driven our teams since 1833.Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at 350 locations in more than 65 countries, across six continents.But at the heart of our business is our people.Role PurposeTechnically capable, process-driven and delivery-focused Process Optimisation Manager to support the strategic implementation of systems and process change across our European operations.This role is critical in driving forward complex initiatives such as systems and process design, planning system rollouts, systems adoption and design of integrations — all in support of the company's broader transformation goals.Reporting directly to the Europe Organisational Change & Systems Lead, this person will lead the process design, system logic, and adoption enablement elements of strategic initiatives. The role is about shaping how things work — designing structured solutions and ensuring they're followed through to execution.Success in this role requires excellent organisation, clear communication, and the ability to align people across functions. You'll work closely with IT, Finance, Ops, and HR to keep everyone moving in the same direction. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who brings clarity, structure, and energy into complex environments.What You Will Be DoingAnalyse and document current (“As-Is”) processes and design future (“To-Be”) processes across multiple functions and systemsCreate clear and structured process maps, workflows, and system interaction diagramsDesign & optimize planning workflows, bringing together business processes and systemsSupport the roll-out of planning systems by designing fit-for-purpose processes and tracking adoption progress across business unitsMonitor and document current integrations between systems (e.g. HRIS, planning, payroll, operational platforms)Would you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role?
