Job PurposeDevelop engaging digital learning content using instructional design principles, Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, and Adobe/Figma tools.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild interactive courses in Articulate Storyline 360Create explainer videos/animations using VyondDesign course assets in Figma/Adobe SuiteWork with SMEs to simplify complex topicsEnsure LMS/SCORM compliance and perform basic QAUpload content on BAF Learn and run initial testingMaintain dashboards and spreadsheets for learning analyticsRequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degreeExperience: 1–2 yearsSkills:Articulate Storyline 360Video & photo editing (Vyond, Shotcut, Adobe, Canva, Figma)Content writing, proofreadingScripting, voiceovers, storyboardingInstructional design basics
