Early Careers & Young Talent Lead - ANZ (Melbourne)ResponsibilitiesA Day in the Life You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and lead the attraction, selection, onboarding, development and engagement of ANZ’s early careers ecosystem (Internship program, Management Trainee / SeedZ Program, Brandstorm, L’Oréal for Youth). You’re entrepreneurial — you’ll run campus activation and hero programs end-to-end to build a best-in-class young talent pipeline. Key responsibilities:Attraction & Employer Brand: design and deliver campus campaigns, online & offline activations, and Brandstorm to boost registrations and employer branding on campus.Program Delivery: manage recruitment, onboarding, rotations, performance reviews, and off-boarding for Interns and MTs; ensure high-quality conversion into entry roles.Stakeholder & Operations: partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, TA, Rewards, universities, vendors and government/youth organisations; manage budgets and vendor relationships.Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: maintain Avature & OneHR accuracy, track KPIs (registrations, conversion, gender balance, OTIF recruitment, attrition, engagement) and provide quarterly insights.We Are Looking For You’re entrepreneurial, decisive and collaborative, able to deliver large-scale programs end-to-end.
