Ecommerce Manager (Remote – Nepal)Company: HAZELocation: Remote – NepalSalary: NPR 30,000 – 35,000 per monthThis is an Remote role, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled and motivated Ecommerce Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage our online operations, oversee order processing, coordinate logistics and shipments, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across multiple ecommerce platforms.You’ll play a key role in managing store performance, maintaining product listings, handling communication between logistics partners, and providing excellent support to customers when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily ecommerce operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners for smooth deliveries.Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and stock levels.Monitor performance metrics, order flow, and customer satisfaction.Communicate effectively in both English and Nepali with team members and partners.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and sales.Prepare weekly reports on store performance and logistics status.RequirementsPrior experience managing ecommerce or online store operations.Strong understanding of order management, logistics, and shipment tracking.Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.Comfortable working remotely with global teams.Basic understanding of tools like Shopify, Meta, or marketplace dashboards (preferred but not required).What We OfferRemote position — work from anywhere in Nepal.Competitive salary: NPR 30,000 – 35,000/month.Growth opportunities within an international ecommerce brand.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
