Ecommerce Video Editor (AI-Driven) | Remote | Full-TimeLocation: Remote (Global – No Location Restriction)Compensation: $1,000 – $3,000/month (Based on experience & skill level)Role SummaryWe are hiring a highly skilled Ecommerce Video Editor (AI-Driven) who understands direct-response content, paid social ads, and conversion-focused storytelling.This role is not just about editing, it’s about thinking like a marketer.You must understand:HooksRetentionUGC style formatsPerformance metricsCreative testingAI-enhanced workflowsWe want someone who can edit fast, think strategically, and constantly improve performance through iteration.What You’ll DoEdit high-converting ecommerce ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.Produce 3–5 short-form ad creatives per day (UGC, problem-solution, testimonial, etc.).Analyze top-performing ad structures and replicate winning frameworks.Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting assistance, subtitles, repurposing, and automation.Optimize pacing, hooks, retention, and CTA placement for performance.Implement motion graphics, dynamic captions, pattern interrupts, and scroll-stopping visuals.Continuously test new angles, hooks, and creative styles.Organize assets and manage versioning for creative testing.Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to improve performance based on data.What We’re Looking ForStrong experience editing ecommerce ads (not just aesthetic content).Deep understanding of direct-response marketing.Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, Descript, etc.).Ability to analyze ad performance and iterate creatives accordingly.High attention to detail and fast turnaround time.Strong sense of pacing, hook building, and storytelling for short-form content.Ability to work independently and take ownership.What Makes You Stand OutExperience scaling brands through paid creatives.Understanding of UGC frameworks and conversion psychology.Familiarity with creative testing methodologies.Proven results (share campaigns or metrics if possible).Ability to think beyond editing and contribute ideas.Who This Is NOT ForEditors who only focus on aesthetics.Editors who wait for detailed instructions for every task.Editors who cannot work fast or adapt to feedback quickly.What We ValueProactive problem-solvers.Fast executors.Data-driven creatives.People who think like owners.Editors who want to grow into Creative Strategists.Final NoteIf you’re someone who understands that performance > perfection, and you want to work with a team that pushes creative boundaries using AI and strategy, this role is for you.
