You’ll handle end-to-end counselling—from discovery calls to offer/COE—while maintaining high compliance standards and hitting monthly conversion targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise students on Australian universities/colleges, CRICOS courses, AQF levels, intakes, and eligibilityAssess profiles and recommend course/university shortlists aligned to budget, background, and goalsGuide students on GTE/SOP, document preparation, applications, offers, COE, and OSHCCoordinate with admissions teams, track cases in CRM, and keep students updated proactivelyRun discovery calls, webinars, and follow-ups to convert leads to enrollments.Maintain compliance notes and accurate data across all systemsMeet weekly KPIs (qualified calls, applications lodged, offers/COEs, conversion %)RequirementsProven experience counselling for the Australian market (agency or institution)Working knowledge of CRICOS, AQF, GTE/SOP, scholarship basics, and common intakesStrong English communication; Nepali/Hindi a plusComfort with CRM (HubSpot/Mailchimp), Google Workspace, Zoom/MeetOrganised, target-driven, and able to work 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM NPT consistentlyNice to HaveExposure to visa lodgement coordination (with RMAs/partners)Familiarity with states/regions (VIC/NSW/QLD/WA) and popular student citiesExperience running webinars or social lead-gen for student recruitmentWhat We OfferRemote role with clear KPIs and supportive trainingCompetitive pay + performance incentivesStructured playbooks, lead flow, and modern CRM stackGrowth path into Senior Counsellor / Team LeadHow to ApplyEmail your CV + short cover note (include monthly target achievements and top universities you’ve placed students into) to kush.nepal@learniiz.comSubject: Application — Education Counsellor (Australian Market)
