We specialize in guiding students through university selection, application, and visa preparation processes for top destinations in Europe, including the UK, Germany, Hungary, and Spain.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive training on European education systems and counseling best practices.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth within the company.We’re now expanding our team and seeking passionate Educational Counselors who are eager to make a real impact on students’ futureResponsibilitiesGuide students through the process of selecting suitable universities and study destinations in Europe.Provide accurate and up-to-date information about academic programs, entry requirements, and application procedures.Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person or online) to assess students’ goals and recommend suitable study options.Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress throughout the application process.Attend educational fairs and university events to represent Study Gate Group and register interested students.Follow up with potential students to ensure smooth communication and conversion from inquiry to enrollment.Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align on lead management and promotional activities.Stay informed about international education trends, visa regulations, and university updates.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.Previous experience in student counseling, study abroad services, or a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.A friendly, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students succeed academically and personally.
