Location: USA – Little Rock, AR (Onsite; Relocation Reimbursement Available)Work Type: Full-Time, PermanentExperience Required: 5 – 10 YearsCompensation: USD 72,000 – 80,000 (plus relocation reimbursement)Eligibility: U.S. Citizen or Green Card HolderJob OverviewSeeking a skilled and hands-on Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the electrical maintenance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role involves managing maintenance systems, ensuring equipment reliability, developing vendors, and implementing OSHA-compliant maintenance practices while supervising and training maintenance staff.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and implement maintenance and reliability systems such as Preventive Maintenance (PM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and workplace organization across the facility. Supervise and guide maintenance teams performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plant equipment. Conduct breakdown analysis and implement corrective and preventive action plans to reduce downtime. Ensure timely availability and procurement of maintenance parts and critical spares. Lead the in-house development of imported spares and manage vendor development for maintenance requirements. Support equipment upgrades and process improvement projects for production efficiency. Enforce OSHA standards and promote a zero-incident safety culture. Coordinate with operations management for maintenance scheduling and priority planning. Use SAP/ERP systems for maintenance reporting, tracking, and planning activities. Train engineers and technicians on maintenance procedures, Job Safety Analysis, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols. Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, and managing maintenance staff. Conduct inspections to ensure maintenance and installation work adheres to company standards and specifications.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s or Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (mandatory). 5–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams and shift operations. Hands-on expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Strong understanding of PM/TPM systems and maintenance planning methodologies. Proficiency with SAP/ERP for maintenance and inventory management. Experience with vendor and spare part development. Sound knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance.
