Job Description

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR SAASA B2E is recruiting on behalf of our client in the construction and building sector for Electrical Supervisor. ResponsibilitiesDesign and planning of electrical installations: Design, develop, and plan electrical systems based on project requirements and applicable standards. Supervision of electrical project implementation: Manage, supervise, and control the execution of electrical installations on-site, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and technical specifications. Maintenance of electrical equipment: Ensure the proper functioning of electrical installations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Conducting technical studies: Perform feasibility studies, risk analyses, and technical calculations for the implementation of electrical installations.

Technology watch and standards updates: Stay informed about technological advancements in the electrical field and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Team and resource management: Oversee and coordinate technical teams, ensuring the availability of necessary resources for the successful completion of work. Safety monitoring on-site: Ensure that all work complies with electrical safety standards and regulations regarding employee and equipment safety. Technical reporting: Prepare progress reports, technical audits, and maintenance documentation, presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Profile: Degree: Bac+5 in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in electrotechnics, energy systems, or a similar field. Experience:

Significant experience in the electrical field, particularly in managing electrical projects or maintaining industrial installations. Technical skills: Strong knowledge in designing electrical diagrams, managing high and low voltage installations, as well as in automation and control systems. Management skills: Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and meet budgets and deadlines. Safety awareness: Mastery of electrical safety standards and risk prevention. Personal qualities: Autonomy, rigor, analytical thinking, and good communication with teams and clients. Tools proficiency: Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, CAO, etc. ) and project management tools.
