Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an ELV Supervisor. The ELV Supervisor will oversee the implementation and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including access control, CCTV, and smart security solutions. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of technicians, coordinating project timelines, troubleshooting system issues, conducting site inspections for quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The ELV Supervisor will also collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide technical guidance as needed. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of ELV systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Smart Lock SolutionsAbility to perform system troubleshooting, maintenance, and quality inspectionsLeadership and team management skills, with experience supervising techniciansStrong organizational and project coordination skillsEffective communication skills for client interactions and team collaborationFamiliarity with industry standards, compliance, and safety regulationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferredELV certification or training is an advantageExperience in similar roles within the UAE is highly desirable
