This includes producing a weekly internal magazine, creating posts, welcoming new members, and auditing internal content…etc ·Manage and optimize internal communication channels, ensuring they are used effectively to keep employees informed and engaged, while monitoring and measuring the impact of communication efforts.Lead and execute employee engagement activities, including planning team-building events, quarterly meet-ups, and branding events …etc. This involves managing logistics, engaging stakeholders, and executing plans that foster collaboration and growth.And there is no journey to success that comes without challenges.
