Title: HR Executive (Potential to be promoted to Manager level)Location: Cần Thơ (Cái Răng)Salary and Benefits: AttractiveIndustry field: F&B ConsultingJob Overview:Reporting to the Managing Director Vietnam, the HR Executive will serve as a critical member of the leadership team being the main local contact for the regional and global support functions of the company. This role requires a versatile and highly organized individual with a strong foundation in human resources as the HR Executive will ensure efficiency and compliance of global processes to support the overall strategic goals of the organization.Your main missions:Serve as a trusted advisor to the managerial team on all HR and communication matters.Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.Assist the managers with recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring compliance with labor lawSupport the outsourced payroll management process and administration of employee benefits and compensation programsManage relationships with employee working councilMaintain employee records and HR metrics/reportsEnsure compliance with all relevant Vietnamese employment laws and regulationsIdentify and address skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance employee performance.Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignmentDeploy all HR initiatives in the countryYour profile:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a HR related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a small/medium company or an multinational subsidiaryExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English enable an efficient communication with all levels of the organizationStrong understanding of labor lawProven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google suite a mustAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong ethical standards, confidentiality and integrity
