Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Check and manage employee attendanceHandle payroll and payment processManage employee relations and counsel all levels of employeesWork with and support HR manager on all HR Ops matters, including but not limited to policy implementation and employee programmes.Plan and execute internal events and staff activities such as birthdays, team-building exercises, and company celebrations.Perform any ad hoc tasks Qualifications:At least 2 years of HR operation experiencesGood PC knowledge and MS Office skillBe familiar with Vietnam Labor LawVietnam local people, good mandrin skillGood problem solving and analytical skills, hands-on, detailed minded and sensitive to numbersKnowledge of employee relations, HR/legal/regulatory issues, and applicable lawsGood interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of employees
