Job Description

We are looking for an Employee Experience Associate to assist in the coordination and execution of employee experience initiatives that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role helps deliver programs that enhance engagement, recognition, and well-being, while supporting the broader Talent Development and HR teams in creating meaningful moments across the employee journey.Job Responsibilities:Employee Experience CoordinationSupport the rollout of employee experience activities and campaignsAssist in preparing materials and communications for initiativesMaintain communication channels, calendars, trackers, and logistics for experience-related programsLearning & Engagement SupportCoordinate with learning teams to schedule and promote learning sessionsGather feedback and participation data from engagement activitiesAssist in organizing department-level activations and workshopsInclusion & Well-beingImplement well-being nudges and DEI awareness activitiesSupport logistics for eventsFeedback & InsightsAssist in distributing surveys and collecting feedback from employeesCompile reports or summaries for internal sharingMaintain documentation and records of engagement metrics and participationRequirements:Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field0 - 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Learning, or administrative support rolesParticipation in internal development programs and experience coordinating events, workshops, or internal communications is advantageousFamiliarity with digital tools and platforms used in employee experience is advantageousEnthusiastic about fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong planning and coordination skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsPossesses a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to visual detail
