Offering a wide array of services, including interior design, space planning, renovation, and construction, we provide seamless solutions for both residential and commercial spaces.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Admin Executive located in Singapore. The HR & Admin Executive will manage all HR and administrative matters related to construction general workers, including recruitment, work permit processing, onboarding, attendance, welfare, accommodation, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures smooth workforce operations and supports day‑to‑day administrative functions within the construction team.Key Responsibilities1. Workforce Administration & DocumentationManage and maintain up-to-date worker personal files, employment contracts, and records.Ensure proper documentation for all foreign construction workers in compliance with MOM and regulatory requirements.Prepare HR letters such as warning letters, transfer letters, wage notifications, and contract renewals.2. Work Permit & Regulatory ComplianceHandle Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals via MOM systems.Monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.Coordinate with agencies, recruitment partners, and government bodies on manpower matters.Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, SCAL and other relevant regulations.3. Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate recruitment of general workers through approved agencies or direct channels.Arrange medical check-ups, SIP courses, safety training, and required certifications.Oversee onboarding processes including dormitory allocation, issuance of PPE, and orientation.4. Timekeeping, Payroll Support & AttendanceTrack daily attendance, OT, MC/leave, and deployment schedules for workers.Verify timesheets and support payroll preparation for monthly salary processing.Ensure compliance with OT guidelines and salary payment regulations.5. Worker Welfare & Dormitory ManagementMaintain proper records of workers’ accommodation and room assignments.Coordinate with dormitory operators for check-in/out, inspections, and issues raised.Handle workers’ welfare matters, grievances, and medical appointments.6. General HR & Administrative SupportSupport project teams with administrative needs (e.g., issuance of passes, stationery, site admin).Prepare HR reports and manpower summaries for management review.Maintain inventory of PPE and worker-related assets.Assist in HR-related audits and compliance checks.QualificationsDiploma or Certificate in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.WSQ or HR certification is an added advantage.Experience2–4 years of experience in HR or admin role, preferably in the construction or manpower industry.Prior experience handling foreign worker management is highly preferred.Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of MOM regulations, FDW/Work Permit systems, and construction sector requirements.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).Strong administrative, documentation, and organisational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Good communication skills in English; ability to speak languages used by workers (e.g., Bengali/Tamil/Chinese) is a plus.Personal AttributesMeticulous, responsible, and proactive.Able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with workers of various backgrounds.
