Job Summary The Employee Relations Officer ensures a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns, fostering engagement, and advising management on HR policies, employee rights, and legal compliance.Key Accountabilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.Investigate and resolve complaints, disputes, and disciplinary matters.Promote employee engagement and maintain staff satisfaction.Detailed Responsibilities:Employee Relations ManagementManage employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary cases.Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to HR management.Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations activities.Policy & Compliance AdvisoryProvide guidance on labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor regulations.Employee Engagement & RetentionAssist in designing and implementing employee engagement programs.Promote initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare reports on employee relations cases, trends, and metrics.Identify potential risks and recommend preventive measures.Support HR ProjectsParticipate in HR projects related to culture, performance management, or organizational development.Qualifications & Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR advisory roles.Strong knowledge of labor laws, workplace regulations, and HR best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.Working Conditions:Full-time, office-based role.May require attendance at meetings or investigations outside standard hours.Frequent interaction with staff across all departments.
