Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the company hires individuals who are aligned with our culture, values, and long-term goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profileCreate and post job advertisements on job boards and company career pages.Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviewFacilitate a smooth interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communicationMaintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and recruitment metricEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processAssist in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR operationJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition.Experience in construction industry is considered a plus.Familiarity with sourcing techniques & ATS toolMinimum 1 year of experience in conducting Competency based InterviewAt Rowad Modern Engineering, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. we do not just hire Talents-We invest in potential.
