Job Description

As a Resourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top trainers and facilitators across domains for enterprise learning programs in the UAE and wider GCC region. This role requires someone who understands the corporate training ecosystem, has a strong existing network of trainers and learning partners, and can negotiate effectively to ensure cost-efficient trainer engagements without compromising quality. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our enterprise programs by building a robust, reliable, and high-quality trainer pool.Key responsibilities ● Identify, source, and onboard qualified trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts across domains (technology, business, leadership, and functional skills). ● Build and nurture a strong network of independent trainers, consulting fi rms, and institutional partners across the UAE and GCC. ● Collaborate closely with program and delivery teams to understand client requirements and match them with the right trainer profiles. ● Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, associations, and professional communities to continuously expand the trainer base. ● Negotiate commercial terms to ensure cost-effective trainer acquisition while maintaining quality benchmarks. ● Manage trainer contracting, onboarding documentation, and scheduling coordination. ● Maintain and update the internal trainer database, including profiles, rates, feedback, and availability. ● Ensure quick turnaround and readiness of trainers for ongoing and upcoming client engagements. ● Track trainer performance feedback and maintain long-term relationships for repeat engagements.Preferred Qualifications ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. ● Experience in trainer resourcing, faculty onboarding, vendor management, or talent acquisition—preferably in corporate training or higher education. ● Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC learning and development ecosystem. ● Proven ability to identify, engage, and negotiate with trainers or facilitators across diverse skill domains. ● Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. ● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
