Employee Relations Officer (Emirati)

Position: Employee Relations Officer (Emirati)Location: Dubai based and full-time on-site positionWorking Hours and Time: Mon till Fri (8am till 5pm)Client: Semi Government EntityKey Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company regulations.Conduct investigations on employee complaints, misconduct, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.Assist in resolving conflicts between employees and management through mediation and problem-solving.Prepare reports, case documentation, and recommendations for disciplinary actions when required.Support performance management processes, including PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) and corrective actions.Manage employee engagement initiatives and support programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and exit processes to ensure a positive employee experience.Monitor attendance, leave records, and HR systems to ensure accurate and updated employee data.Provide guidance to managers and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Requirements:Fresh graduates or 0–1 year of experienceHR degree preferred; if not, then some exposure or background in HR/ERWSalary between 18 – 20K AEDSkills & Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsConflict resolution and negotiation abilitiesKnowledge of UAE labour laws and HR complianceProblem-solving and decision-making skillsConfidentiality and professionalismReport writing and documentation skillsAbility to build positive working relationships
