About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and service-driven Employee Service Manager to oversee office facilities, workplace operations, and employee service functions across the representative office. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and employee-focused environment while optimizing budgets, elevating service quality, and managing key facility and administrative suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, multicultural awareness, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities• Facility, Equipment & Security Management:Manage daily operations of office facilities, equipment, and security systems. Continuouslyenhance service levels and ensure compliance with safety, health, and security standards.• Budgeting & Cost Control:Prepare, execute, and manage facility and property service budgets. Review and approveexpenses while ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with operational needs.• Technical Facility Operations:Oversee essential facility systems such as power supply, HVAC, fire prevention, and security.Manage lifecycle planning, system upgrades, change requests, and performance evaluations ofrelevant suppliers.• Workplace Operations & Employee Services:Coordinate daily office services including reception, canteen operations, cleaning, mailing, andsecurity. Lead contract management and optimize workplace planning, space utilization, andemployee service processes.• Strategy Development & IFM Supplier Management:Support the design and execution of facility and equipment management strategies. Introducestrategic resources and ensure high-level performance and continuous improvement of IntegratedFacility Management (IFM) suppliers.Professional Knowledge• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative service functions such as canteenmanagement, fleet services, staff housing, or travel operations (hotels, air tickets).• Familiarity with Chinese lifestyle and culture.• Educational background in public administration, economics, management, sociology,communications, or related fields is preferred.• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and advanced proficiency in MS Office are mandatory.• Open-minded, proactive, and service-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills,adaptability, and attention to detail.Business Skills• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with CEG, SLMC, and crossfunctional departments to understand requirements and align administrative strategies.• Supplier Management: Strong skills in planning, execution, and risk management for externalvendors and service providers.• Teamwork: Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate with various internal and externalstakeholders
