Make culture come alive!YouNet is calling for an Employer Branding Executive – a young mind ready to craft stories, spark connections, and shape a workplace people love.Your creativity can shape how people feel at work – and it starts here.At YouNet, you’ll be part of a team that brings culture to life and gives our brand a voice.Together, we craft meaningful stories, build engaging employee experiences, and amplify the spirit of YouNet through every message, every event, and every connection. JOB DESCRIPTIONEmployer Branding Development (20%)Proactively propose and collaborate with departments and partners to plan and execute communication campaigns that enhance the company’s employer brand.Create engaging content (articles, images, videos, etc.) and manage employer branding channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment website) to ensure consistent and attractive messaging.Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to optimize future activities.Internal Communication (25%) Develop ideas and implement communication campaigns to promote corporate culture and strengthen employee engagement.Produce and manage content across internal communication platforms such as email, internal newsletters, Workplace, internal website, and office TV screens, ensuring clear and engaging messaging. Internal Event Management (50%) Plan and coordinate internal events including Year-End Party, Company Trip, Workshops, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.Manage event budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth and effective execution.Collect feedback, evaluate event outcomes, and recommend enhancements for future events.Others (5%) Support other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.REQUIREMENTSEducation:Bachelor‘s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related fields.Knowledge:Understanding of employer branding, internal communication, and corporate culture.Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.Experience:1–2 years in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, Event Planning or similar roles.Skill: Strong content creation (writing, visual, video).Basic tools: Canva, CapCut, etc.Social media & internal communication platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Workplace…).Good communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skillsMS Office & English proficiencyPersonality:Creative, innovative, flexible, strategic thinkingHigh sense of judgement & responsibilityPossess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethicsBENEFITSCompetitive salary, 13th month salaryPremium healthcare insurance12 days of annual leave & 5 days of sick leavePerformance appraisals and promotion every yearStandard health checkCompany trip, Year end party, Team buildingOccasion-based offerings: Birthday, wedding, maternity, …Parking supportEquipment for work (PC / laptop)Free in-house entertainment facilities: foosball, book tree, coffee and snack
