Enablement Program Manager (Europe)

We are currently looking for an Enablement Program Manager in Europe.This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape enablement initiatives across multiple audiences, including internal teams, customers, and partners. You will manage the full lifecycle of learning programs—from initial needs assessment to content creation, delivery, and post-launch optimization—leveraging AI-powered learning tools to scale impact efficiently. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, you will translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
