Role: Endpoint Management SupportExperience: 4–6 yearsDuration: 6 months (Contract, renewable)Location: On-site @ Kwasa DamansaraIndustry: Fund Management & RetirementSchedule: Must be available for OT and/or weekend workSupport a critical Technology Refresh project alongside ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) device management. This role requires hands-on experience in endpoint provisioning, Microsoft Intune policy administration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless device deployment and operational stability.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute large-scale endpoint deployments via Microsoft Intune and related automation tools.Configure, monitor, and enforce device compliance policies and security baselines through Microsoft Intune.Coordinate software and patch deployment across endpoint devices.Troubleshoot endpoint and Intune-related issues, including log analysis and user support escalation.Collaborate with project teams and BAU staff to ensure smooth device transitions and ongoing device management.Maintain documentation and support governance processes related to endpoint management.✅ Requirements:Endpoint Provisioning and DeploymentDevice Configuration and Policy Enforcement via Microsoft IntuneSecurity Baseline Implementation and Compliance MonitoringPatch Management and Software/Application DeploymentTroubleshooting and Incident Resolution for Endpoint Devices
