The OpportunityOur client is a prominent Australian claims management organization with over 100 years of expertise in workers’ compensation. They collaborate with government agencies and employers to provide customized injury management solutions, supporting safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.Team members must have strong communication skills to coordinate with the claims team via email and phone, resolving queries and ensuring data is completed accurately within 7 days.This position requires full onsite presence during the probation period. Upon confirmation, it transitions to a hybrid arrangement, with the expectation to work onsite five days every fortnight at The Gardens North Tower office.
