We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Lead Corporate Partnerships & Events to join our team and shape the future of our business development initiatives.  Position Overview:  The Lead Corporate Partnerships & Events will take ownership of Koppiku’s partnership strategy and event execution, driving long-term business growth and brand equity through strategic collaborations, activations, and corporate engagement. This role is both strategic and hands-on leading partnership design, overseeing execution, managing key client relationships, and mentoring the partnership & events team.  You’ll be responsible for developing frameworks that strengthen our partner network, executing co-branded campaigns, leading events that enhance brand presence, and ensuring every partnership adds tangible value to both Koppiku and our partners.  Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement the overall corporate partnership and events strategy aligned with Koppiku’s growth objectives and brand positioning ● Refine and expand Koppiku’s Partnership and Events framework, ensuring scalable processes for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partners and events ● Lead the end-to-end partnership and events lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to execution, optimisation, and renewal ● Oversee the creation of partnership and events playbooks, agreements, and co-marketing guidelines to ensure brand consistency and partner success ● Build and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate partners, sponsors, and brand collaborators ● Act as the primary liaison for high-value corporate accounts, ensuring partner satisfaction and maximizing mutual ROI ● Lead proposal and pitch development with compelling storytelling, data insights, and brand alignment ● Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to deliver integrated partnership experiences ● Oversee the planning and execution of strategic brand events, activations, and partnership-driven experiences ● Design and manage co-marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable outcomes for both Koppiku and partners ● Work closely with the Marketing team to conceptualise creative campaigns, pop-ups, collaborations, and seasonal activations ● Ensure seamless on-ground execution that reflects Koppiku’s brand values and quality standards ● Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities ● Monitor and analyse partnership and event performance metrics to evaluate success and improve strategies ● Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management Requirements: ● Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field ● Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a related field ● Able to work in a fast-paced environment ● Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, time management skills and negotiation skills ● Proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships or brand collaborations ● Able to work under minimal supervision ● A valuable team player and able to work independently ● Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay ● Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines ● Possess own transport and willing to travel  Salary Range: RM 4,500- RM 5,500
