This role focuses on maintaining optimal service levels, responding swiftly to incidents, and continuously improving operational performance.The Operations Lead collaborates closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, support functions, and external partners to:Oversee Production Environments: Monitor and manage all live automation and AI solutions to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.Incident Management & Resolution: Lead rapid response efforts for production issues, minimizing downtime and business impact.Service Level Assurance: Guarantee that solutions meet agreed service levels and compliance standards.Operational Governance: Implement and enforce operational best practices, including change management, version control, and rollback procedures.Continuous Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on system health, incident status, and improvement initiatives.THE SKILLSTo set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).6+ years of experience in IT, software development, or automation, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.Proven track record in designing and delivering intelligent automation and AI solutions at scaleProven track record of managing and supporting a critical service, ensuring high service availability, rapid incident resolution, and continuous operational excellence.Understanding Agentic AI capabilities, architecture, and governance principles.UiPath Certification is a plus (RPA associate / Advanced RPA Developer).ITIL® and ServiceNow certifications are a plus.In return, HAVI Technology asks…BE ADAPTABLE…and swifty adjust to new challenges, diverse mindsets and disruptive approaches as you navigate the ever-evolving supply chain technology landscape.BE A SOLUTION SEEKER…and embrace challenges creatively, think critically and drive positive change in supply chain technology.BE DRIVEN…and demonstrate initiative and accountability in pursuing innovative solutions and strategies to shape the future of supply chain technology.Apply Now!
