Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Job DescriptionInformation Gathering: Lead the elicitation of complex business processes and requirements from various stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis;Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows;Requirements Translation: Effectively translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy for the development team;Flow Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of user and information flows within the organization and model them visually to identify opportunities for improvement;Organizational Understanding: Analyze and comprehend the organizational structure, including the roles and relationships of key stakeholders, to ensure solutions meet the needs of all relevant parties;Agile Development: Convert functional requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Qualifications Up to 10 years' experience on the role for which the service is being hired; Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or other relevant degree for the function; Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking; Excellent analysis and communication skills; Attention to detail and proactivity; Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility; Knowledge of SAS, SAP and Salesforce will be a plus; Knowledge of Jira and / or Confluence tools will be valued.Soft SkillsAttention to detail, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence;Strong capacity for influence and communication;Flexibility, adaptability, and results-orientation;Proactivity in conflict resolution and decision-making;Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulamento Geral de Proteção de Dados - RGPD)Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;Develop and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
