Work with customer and vendors to develop state of the art cosmetic finishes.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the industrialization of Color, Material, Finishing (CMF) for consumer/industrial product.Perform industrialization of CMF from conceptual design/prototype to mass production.Work with the R&D team and part suppliers throughout the product development cycle in a fast-paced environment.Explore and develop cosmetic finishing processes with vendors.Support mechanical product design in areas of plastic injection parts and sheet metal stamping parts.Review and evaluate vendors for performance.Lead project discussions as and when required.Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering.3~5 yrs. of CMF experiencePrefer Mechanical Design Engineers with 5~8 yrs of experience (especially working with Vendors)May consider Quality Assurance background/ ME procurement background.Strong knowledge and experience in painting, Anodising, silk-printing, IMD, VM and other seconding processes preferredPlastic/ Metal parts design background with good understanding of appearance/cosmetic requirementUnderstanding of plastic Injection, metal die casting, metal stamping are added advantages.Familiarity with CAD tools like Pro Engineer and Solid DesignerIf you embody the spirit of excellence, passion for discovery, innovation and enterprise, and the desire to make a difference in the world of technology and electronics, come join the Venture team!Be Part of the Global Venture Family.Disclaimer:By submitting your application to Venture Corporation Limited and its group of companies, you acknowledge and agree that any personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of evaluating your application for employment.If you are not selected for this position, we may retain your personal data to consider you for future employment opportunities unless you inform us otherwise.
