Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer (M or E)

Roles and Responsibilities:Overseeing the project activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programLiaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants. Coordinate with all parties and support site construction progressResponsible for planning of manpower scheduleManage subcontractors to ensure quality and scope of work is in accordance to drawings, specifications and design and ensure timely completion of their scope of worksEnsure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintainedAssist in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reportsResolving any technical difficulties and problems that may arise on siteProvide technical advice and resolutions on general issues of M&E installation in BuildingsOther ad-hoc project duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ managementRequirements:Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringMust have relevant M or E working experience in Singapore Construction M or E companiesMeticulous with a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal and communication skillsPositive personality and good team playerAble to multi-task and work with tight schedules
