You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure successful deployment and optimization of the D365 system.This Role Will IncludeDesign, develop, and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (CE, Business Central, or F&O modules).Implement business logic using plugins, Power Automate flows, JavaScript, and custom integrations.Configure Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and security roles.Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform connectors, and RESTful APIs.Support data migration, testing, deployment, and Power BI reporting.Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and assist in version upgrades.Ensure high-quality code through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.Stay up to date with new features and updates across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, recommending improvements where applicable.Requirements for this RoleBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.2–7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CE / Business Central / F&O and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Excellent understanding about, Sharing models and DevOps tools and process (Previous experience in Copado, git is preferred)Experience on declarative development and Declarative integration Flows.Prior experience in Data management is preferred.
