Job Summary:We are seeking an organised, client-oriented, and technically adept individual to join our company as an Engineering Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenges, connecting with clients, and contributing to the seamless execution of engineering projects in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities – Coordination, Technical Support, and Client Engagement in Engineering ProjectsCoordinate day-to-day engineering activities, acting as a central contact point for project teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors.Assist with the preparation and management of project schedules, documentation, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate communication of project status.Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and identify opportunities for additional services and solutions.Collate technical data, drawings, and specifications to support engineers, sales teams, and project managers in successful project delivery.Support the sales process by preparing technical proposals, participating in client meetings, and highlighting the benefits of company solutions and services.Facilitate communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring technical details are clearly conveyed and understood.Monitor project progress, troubleshoot arising issues, and escalate technical or client concerns to relevant team members for prompt resolution.Ensure all records, reports, and compliance documents are maintained in accordance with company policies and industry standards.Required Skills – Selling Skills, Technical Knowledge, Effective CommunicationSolid technical knowledge within an engineering or technical environment, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor complex technical information for diverse audiences.Proven collaboration and organisational skills, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Experience in supporting projects and building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience – Engineering, Project Coordination, And Technical SupportBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical principles and practices.At least 2 years’ experience in an engineering, technical, or project coordination role.Familiarity with engineering terminology, technical documentation, and project workflows is an advantage.Strong analytical skills to assess project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
