Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Customer Assistance Specialist role based in Cairo. As part of the support team, the specialist will handle customer inquiries, assist with resolving issues, and ensure an exceptional customer service experience. The role requires delivering professional support, translating client needs into actionable solutions, and maintaining effective communication. The candidate will also support onboarding and provide guidance on Tabby’s offerings. Qualifications Proficiency in English Communication, both written and verbal, to effectively assist customers and resolve inquiries.Experience in Customer Service and the ability to provide empathetic and efficient support to a diverse customer base.Skills in Translation and English Teaching, ensuring clear and accurate communication with customers of varying language proficiencies.Capability in Training and mentoring junior team members or clients as needed.Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset to handle various requests and escalate issues appropriately.Ability to work on-site in Cairo with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.Previous experience in fintech or e-commerce industries is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience is preferred.
