You will play a key role in recruiting independent partners and converting qualified business leads, helping the company grow across new markets.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesAs an English-Speaking Commercial Recruiter, your role will include two main missions:1. Recruitment of Independent PartnersHandle incoming leads only — no cold lead generation.Present the business model and clearly communicate the benefits to prospects.Assess applicant profiles, motivation, and suitability for partnership.Guide selected candidates through the onboarding and integration process.Track progress and meet monthly recruitment performance targets.2.
