Must be open to multiple working shift opportunities (Days/Nights)Entry Level IQ Technicians ResponsibilitiesPerforms on-site installations of support equipment for semiconductor equipmentIncludes installation of pumps, chillers and abatement units with hardware piping and some electricalMaintains records and reports as requiredCoordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customersIncumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property, tools, etcEmployees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s)Entry Level IQ Technicians Qualifications:0+ year previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment, but some expereince is preferredExcellent customer interface skills is requiredAn understanding of electricity and experience with use for a digital multimeter is requiredMechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate toolsThorough understanding of technical issues involving the maintenance, repair and/or installation of company equipment and company procedures are requiredHigh School DiplomaMust be willing to work a compressed work week (10% night shift differential applies if a night shift)MSR-FSR is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.RequirementsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Occasionally (less than 1/3 of the job)Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the job)Continually (more than 2/3 of the job) Frequently required to standFrequently required to sitFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterityFrequently required to wear a respiratorFrequently required to work in confined spacesContinually required to walk- up to 10 miles per dayContinually required to talk or hearOccasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawlOccasionally work near moving mechanical parts Occasionally work in high, precarious places Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
