E.ON is a leading European utility company, playing a key role in shaping the energy transition and connecting everyone to good energy.If you have a passion for technology and want to make the world a greener place, you can become a changemaker in our energetic and diverse team!What you are responsible forProvide 24/7 3rd level support for Digital Workplace Services.Handle escalated issues and incidents efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Utilize in-depth engineering skills in one or more digital workplace technologies such as M365, Intune, Exchange, Windows 11, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to digital workplace services.Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.Document and maintain detailed records of incidents, solutions, and best practices.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and service quality.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital workplace technologies.QualificationsProven experience in 3rd level support for or administration of Digital Workplace Services.Extensive hands-on expertise in one or more of the following technologies: Modern Desktop, M365, Intune, Exchange, Windows 11, MDM, CloudPC/VDI, AVDStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.True passion for technologyAbility to quickly learn about new technologies and pick up new skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills in EnglishAbility to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.What you can expect from a career in E.ON Software Development:We offer the unique opportunity to combine your love for technology with your passion to work on a topic of high relevance for society.
