As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team.Join the TeamAs an Estimator at INTREC, you’ll be a key part of our Bid Team, playing a vital role in preparing competitive, well-documented project tenders. This is a hands-on position where you'll contribute directly to our continued success.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects ranging $1M - $25MEngaging subcontractors, calling and confirming interest in tender participationFollowing up on quotes and managing subcontractor pricingCompiling and distributing tender packagesDocumenting Bid Team and Tender Strategy MeetingsHandling enquiries and RFIs during the tender phaseProducing high-quality submission documents with a focus on presentation and brandingDeveloping and managing Bid Action PlansMaintaining an up-to-date database of tender documentationWhat We’re Looking ForA tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field5 years' experience as an Estimator within the commercial construction industry Experience with Buildsoft, Cubit, MS Project, EstimateOne, and the Microsoft SuiteExcellent communication skills—both written and verbalA confident and assertive approach, especially when coordinating with subcontractorsProven ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressureA keen eye for detail and professional presentationA proactive mindset and a willingness to learn our systems and processesWhy Join Us?At INTREC, our people come first.
