The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Full-time, in-house position with occasional late nights and travel based on the event schedule. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.ResponsibilitiesPlan and project manage events from ideation to delivery, including but not limited to the creation of timelines, budgets, invitations and guest lists, supplier sourcing, and communication to attendees, suppliers, and stakeholdersCraft innovative programming and impactful events to drive engagement, elevate brand experience, and support marketing goalsIdentify opportunities and refine processes to scale similar initiatives across regional officesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to understand event objectives and requirementsWork with the creative team to prioritize and create event marketing including invitations and multi-media promotional materialsCoordinate registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, gift selection, audio/visual needs, webcasts, staging and speaker selection for all programsAssign project roles based on the needs of the event or projectWork with the onsite team to manage day-of logistics, including rental deliveries, audio/visual system setup, and catering arrangementsPerform post-event follow-up and analysisOversee ordering, tracking, and timely restocking of materials to support upcoming events and marketing initiativesTrack and manage event budgets, ensuring ROI alignment across contracted services and experiencesLiaise with VIP clients, guest speakers, and internal specialists to deliver successful, high-touch experiences reflecting DOYLE’s brand guidelines and hospitality standardsJob Requirements3+ years of relevant experienceCollege degree in a related fieldPrior experience managing and designing a variety of events, conferences and meetings including but not limited to exhibitions, executive events, cocktail receptions and dinners, seminars, round tables, networking events, panels and book signingsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events across multiple regions simultaneouslyMotivated, self-starter, ability to work independently and project plan; ability to think innovativelyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proven ability to work well under pressure to meet established deadlinesResourceful individual with the ability to take direction and work independently; be proactive with ideas and creative solutionsAn individual known to exhibit enthusiasm, integrity, and willingness to help whenever necessaryWillingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed, including occasional eveningsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groupsProven ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detailExperience in B2B Marketing events and/or trade show management a plusExperience with contact management and lifecycle marketing a plusAbout Our CompanyFounded in 1962, Doyle is one of the world’s foremost auctioneers and appraisers of Fine Art, Jewelry, Furniture, Decorations, and other categories.
