If you want to make a real difference to people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.The RoleThe Events and Fundraising Junior Executive will play a crucial role in the organisation and coordination of our Fundraising Events. Our events calendar consists of a mixture of large major donor galas and lunches, community-based  events as well as adhoc partner events. We are looking for a confident, outgoing individual, comfortable in managing competing priorities and who is able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be energetic, flexible and reliable in their day to day activities, have a keen eye for detail, be data-driven and excellent writing and organisational skills.  In return we offer a role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic team and the opportunity to make a real difference.Responsibilities and Duties:Support the management and delivery of fundraising events including multiple major donor events, challenge events, brand collaborations and others as required.Manage invitation lists, RSVPs, guest details, and seating plans, ensuring data accuracy across spreadsheets and CRM systems.Track income, pledges, and event expenses, updating financial and donor records in line with budgets.Maintain accurate records of donors, sponsors, and partners, ensuring GDPR compliance and clear reporting.Prepare and update fundraising trackers, timelines, and internal planning documents.Compile post-event data on attendance, engagement, and income to support performance evaluation and reporting.Draft and send invitations, reminders, and thank-you emails in line with event timelines and tone of voice.Support creation of event materials, briefing notes, guest packs, and digital assets as required.Research potential sponsors, donors, and fundraising opportunities to support the wider partnerships workstreams.Maintain organised shared drives, templates, and filing systems for efficient workflow.Provide administrative support to the Partnerships and Fundraising efforts, including scheduling, data entry, and minute-taking.Assist with reporting for senior management, trustees, and partners using accurate and up-to-date data.Qualifications and Skills: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong IT skills including Microsoft OfficeA good understanding of the charity landscape including Fundraising Regulations Effective diary management including your own Ability to manage multiple activities at one time including direction from multiple individualsAn understanding of women’s health issues and the gynae landscape including the five gynaecological cancers.Excellent communication and presentation skillsPerson Specification:This is a front-facing role and the post holder will need to identify and exhibit behaviours which promote our values and purpose.
