NTU International is a leading consulting firm providing programme management and advisory services for development projects worldwide. With nearly three decades of experience, NTU has implemented more than 1,100 international projects across engineering, policy, economics, and social sectors. We are now seeking non-key experts to support our work in an EU communications project in Zambia.Events ManagerMinimum Qualification and Skills:Bachelor’s degree or academic equivalent in Marketing, Communication, or Media Studies.Fluency in English.Knowledge of Bemba, Tonga, Tumbuka or Chewa (Nyanja) will be an added value.Minimum general and specific professional experience:Minimum 7 years of experience in planning, coordination, and delivery of public events, outreach activities, or stakeholder engagement initiatives within large-scale communication or visibility projects;Minimum 3 years of experience in managing partnerships or collaborations with public figures, community leaders, or influencers in support of event or campaign objectives;Demonstrated knowledge and practice in applying ethical, diversity, and gender equality principles in partner and participant selection, vetting, and value alignment;Experience in supporting the organisation and execution of events, including managing logistical aspects such as vendor coordination, venue set-up, scheduling and on-site operations.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or sent to recruitment@ntu.eu.
