Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lusaka for a NOC Team Lead. The NOC Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensure system and network availability, and address technical challenges promptly through troubleshooting and collaboration. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing performance metrics, leading team initiatives, and coordinating responses to incidents to ensure optimal service delivery and operations efficiency. Qualifications Expertise in Network Operations Center (NOC) management and Computer Network OperationsStrong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical SupportTeam Leadership abilities, including team coordination and mentoringExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredRelevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus
