Every day brings many opportunities to learn & grow and rewards with a global impact we create.In return, you will receive HMO coverage for you and your dependents, employee stock purchase plan, equity grant, retirement plan, annual bonus, free counseling sessions, subscription to e-learning platforms, fitness, wellness and more.What You Will DoIn this role, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of various Events for Nasdaq’s Investment Intelligence team.Day to day planning of flagship events, conferences, seminars/briefings and round tablesResponsible for logistics management as well as post event re-caps with stakeholdersTake part in the strategic planning of events together with the Marketing team and ensure these are in line with the overall business strategySupport planning and execution of major events including but not limited to master site planning and execution, venue and facility management, vendor management, production, budgeting, and logistical planning and executionProvide administrative support including meeting scheduling and managing follow upsAssist with budget, invoice, billing and contract tracking/management for eventsConduct research on venues, vendors, logistics and technology, as neededWhat We ExpectBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related fieldAt least three (3) years of proven event planning expertise from ideation and strategic planning to flawless execution of eventsExcellent stakeholder relationship management abilities both internal and externalAbility to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities, working independently as well as in a teamAdapt to an ever changing environment in the event planning sphereExcellent communication skillsAmenable to work in the day shift (9am-6pm)Does It Sound Like You?Please follow through by clicking the “Apply” link and submitting your application.
