Our client is hiring an Eviction Specialist to oversee the eviction process from start to finish ensuring accuracy, compliance, and empathy in every interaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structure, communication, and problem-solving.About the Company:Our client is a tech-driven Single-Family Rental (SFR) platform transforming property management through innovation, transparency, and community impact. They combine smart systems with a people-first approach creating sustainable, financially healthy outcomes for both residents and investors.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the Notice to Pay or Quit process and ensure timely follow-upPrepare, file, and track eviction documents in compliance with local and federal lawsCommunicate proactively with residents about timelines, payments, and expectationsUpdate internal systems and dashboards to track case status, court dates, and lockoutsCollaborate with field teams on occupancy checks and habitability concernsManage squatter evictions and other complex resident issuesProvide professional, empathetic support to residents throughout the processPartner with leadership to report on eviction metrics and identify areas for improvementQualifications:1+ year of experience in property management or residential operationsStrong knowledge of eviction laws and procedures preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong time management and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in single-family residential (SFR) property managementWorking knowledge of Yardi, AppFolio, Entrada, or similar platformsBasic understanding of accounting and rent collection processesWhy You’ll Love Working Here:Competitive pay and comprehensive benefitsOpportunities for career growth within a national property management companySupportive and collaborative work cultureEqual Opportunity Employer:Our client is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
