Job Description

Reseller ManagementIdentify and onboard potential resellers using the standard reseller agreement.Encourage resellers to refer their clients and ensure they are providing proper service and support, including assistance with submitting applications in the system.Participate in events, trade shows, and networking activities to engage potential clients and resellers.Develop new ideas for pricing and packaging the reseller product; gather market insights to continuously enhance the reseller program.Provide administrative support for all aspects of the reseller program, including reporting.Customer ServiceSupport internal communications and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen external customer relationships and meet client needs.Schedule follow-ups and update the CRM after each customer interaction to maintain accurate data for retention and business development.Assist in ensuring reseller applications progress smoothly through required processes such as approvals, documentation, and registration steps.Data & ReportingMaintain a daily log of all incoming and outgoing emails and share relevant data with management.Prepare periodic reports for management on application statuses, performance figures, and operational metrics.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and practices, incorporating best practices and supporting cost optimization.Experience and Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
