Job Description

WINPOWER Group is looking for Executive- HR & AdminJob Description / ResponsibilityManage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, movement, and HR records.Prepare and maintain salary sheets, overtime, increments, and HR reports.Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, company rules, and labor laws.Handle employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures.Maintain healthy employee relations and handle grievances professionally.Coordinate training and development programs for employees.Oversee daily administrative and office/factory support operations.Manage office supplies, assets, inventory, and administrative records.Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility companies.Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and maintenance services.Maintain licenses, agreements, and statutory documents.Ensure office discipline, safety, and facility management.Support internal and external audits, inspections, and management reporting.Any others task assigned by management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRMMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in HRMProfessional HR certification (e.g., PGD in HRM, CHRM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) will be highly preferredSkills Required: Group of Companies, Manufacturing and Quality, Battery industryExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, Battery, Storage cell,Dry cell (Battery)
