We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our Senior Sales Director in our Digital Experience team.What You’ll DoArrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation and arranging hotels and meeting rooms. Coordinate meetings and events as required of the executive and Digital Experience LT teamHandle visits by executives from other regions ensuring travel and itineraries are organised and efficientAttend key meetings, taking notes and circulating follow up to attendeesSupport other EMEA Sales lleaders on an ad hoc basisSubmit expenses and ensure these are looked after systematically, each month. Produce information and documents as needed in formats such as PowerPointMaintain executive's calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and travel. Make decisions on diary prioritisation aligned to the executives prioritiesFrequent collaboration with other EAs and teams across EMEAWelcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or advising inquiries. Maintain complete confidence and ensure all information is kept confidential. Places orders for supplies including IT equipment, verifying receipt of supplies. Be responsible for the Marketing team new hire on-boarding experienceHandling POs as neededWhat Is Needed To SucceedExtensive experience working as a supporting arm to a Sales Organisation, from a global matrix organisationEvidence of cross regional collaboration and partner relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional scheduling abilities and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Time management skills with excellent planning and organisational capabilities and a keen eye for the details. A naturally collaborative teammate that is proactive and solution minded.
