The ideal candidate excels in English communication, is highly responsive, and has strong skills in Google Sheets and creating reports.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, update, and automate Google Sheets and reportsPrepare weekly/monthly performance summaries and project status updatesHandle tasks on behalf of the CEOConduct light research and organize information clearlyAssist with operational tasks, task tracking, and team coordinationMaintain strict confidentiality and professionalismRequirementsExceptional English both written and verbalFast response time and reliable availabilityStrong proficiency with Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, automations, data cleanup)Experience preparing reports, performance tracking, or business analyticsAbility to work independently and prioritize efficientlyProactive mindset with strong attention to detailPrior experience assisting is a plus
